(The Journal Record) – Dallas-based PCS LLC has purchased the franchising rights for Oklahoma from Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a commercial cleaning franchise organization.

PCS plans to open a Coverall Cleaning Concepts Support Center in Oklahoma City by midyear.

The Oklahoma City Support Center will do business under the name Pacific Commercial Services and will function as a franchise sales office, training center and central contact point for local businesses using the company's cleaning services. Shawn Vick, regional director, and Ryan Robertson, operations manager, will manage the new support center.

PCS LLC is owned by Stan Bert and David Wood. Bert and Wood began franchising with Coverall Cleaning Concepts in 2004 with the purchase of the territories of Dallas, St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver and Nashville. These support centers also conduct business under the name Pacific Commercial Services.

"We see excellent opportunity for growth in Oklahoma," said Bert. "This purchase goes along with our overall strategy to operate Coverall franchises in major markets within the central U.S. The Oklahomaterritory will fit in well with our expansion goals."

Founded in 1985 and based in Boca Raton, Fla., Coverall Cleaning Concepts has more than 90 support centers and 9,000 franchise owners.
