, one of the leading franchisors of commercial cleaning businesses, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Cavalier Services, Inc. (“Coverall of Oregon”), a Master-owned location, as part of the brand’s long-term growth strategy to strengthen its presence. Additionally, Coverall is seeking qualified entrepreneurs to further expand the brand’s footprint in new markets throughout the state.

Coverall worked with Coverall Master Franchised Business Owner and former owner of Cavalier Services, Inc., John Bartholf, to ensure a smooth transition during the acquisition.
