THE 2005 FRANCHISE OWNERS OF THE YEAR AWARDS
BOCA RATON, FL – (March 7th, 2006) – Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leader in the commercial
cleaning industry, announced today the recipients of their 2005 Franchise
Owners of the Year Awards. Each year
Coverall Cleaning Concepts announces the Franchise Owner of the Year Awards
that are divided into three categories: small, medium and large, which are
determined by annual billings. The
winner in the medium size category is Ralph Mason, Franchise Owner out of the
Coverall Cleaning Concepts Detroit Support Center.
Ralph Mason has been a Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise Owner for
almost ten years and has had a remarkable 100% customer retention rate. He is known for taking on challenging clients
and turning them into loyal customers.
Mason has faced his own challenges after becoming disabled in 1987, but has not
let that keep him inactive as he is certified in both carpet and hard floor
care.
