Coverall to Focus on Providing Continued Support for Local Coverall Franchise Owners, Encouraging Future Franchise Growth in Area

LOUISVILLE, KY— January 4^th, 2006,—Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, announced today the purchase of the Louisville, KY, Master Support Center. The Coverall Service Company, a Coverall Cleaning Concepts Master Franchise Owner, has purchased the Louisville Master Support Center and aims to provide the highest level of support to Coverall Franchise Owners operating in the Louisville area.

Located in the Hurstbourne Place office building in East Louisville, the new Louisville Coverall Master Support Center will work with an experienced management team to assist Franchise Owners that operate in the surrounding areas. Heading the team will be Tom Gilliland, Dick Grummell, and Earol Bert, who, combined, command over 33 years of experience with Coverall Cleaning Concepts. The three Coverall veterans will provide Franchise Owners with assistance on issues pertaining to their individual businesses and customers, and help Franchise Owners to stay abreast of the latest news and trends in the commercial cleaning industry. The local Support Center’s day-to-day operations will be headed by the Regional Director, Doug Large, who also has 8 years of service within the Coverall system.

The team plans to work with the Louisville Master Support Center through the remainder of 2005, after which it will establish a second regional Master Support Center in nearby Lexington, KY. There are currently 40 Coverall Franchise Owners serving 220 different customers in the Louisville/Lexington area, and the new Master Support Center will support current operations and encourage future growth.
