NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

 

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – (March 15th, 2005) – Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, today announced the appointment of Mr. Steve Cumbow as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Cumbow joins Coverall with extensive experience in finance, marketing, information technology and consulting with private equity, big six CPA and Fortune 500 companies.

 

His most recent position was the Vice President of Finance at SIRVA Inc. (NYSE: SIR),  a leader in providing relocation and moving solutions to corporations, consumers and governments around the world, where he managed financial, marketing and information technologies.   

 

As Chief Financial Officer, Cumbow will be responsible for all financial operations and analysis for the company worldwide.  “We are delighted to bring Steve on board in this key position,” stated Ted Elliott, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coverall.  “Coverall has displayed significant growth during the past year and is poised for considerable expansion both in the United States and internationally.  Cumbow is the perfect fit to help us meet these milestones.”
