Next, is your Walk-Through
The next step is to meet your Coverall Franchisee in person and walk through your facility to review the details of your customized Service Plan.
Then, comes your 1st Clean
Your first office cleaning with the Coverall brand is important to the start of a long-term business relationship with your Coverall Franchisee. Supported by the Coverall® System, the Franchisee will create a Cleaning Schedule that uses the Coverall Core 4® Process efficiently and with excellent office cleaning results.

The first month is a "getting to know you" period when you get to know your Coverall Franchisee and cleaning program, and they get to know your facility and expectations. Frequent communication is essential to the ongoing business relationship.

An important part of the Customers for Life® Program is use of Customer Satisfaction Surveys to evaluate your experience with the Coverall® brand. Customers complete the brief survey in person, on the phone or online.
