Our Franchise Owner experts take into consideration all aspects of facility cleaning including the products used, operational procedures, training, customer service, and more. 2. How do you deliver consistent, high quality cleaning?
A clean facility starts with a good cleaning Team. Coverall Cleaning Concepts provides corporate support for our Franchise Owners and ensures that they are fully trained and operating under our comprehensive system. All of our Franchise Owners are supported by Field Consultants whose sole purpose is to train and support each Franchise Owner in providing our customers with the best service possible.
3. How much do you charge per square foot?
Coverall Cleaning Concepts uses site-specific production rates based on industry standards in accordance with the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). We use the most innovative equipment and technology, such as our Microfiber Flat Mop System and P&G chemicals to improve our production rates. This allows us to provide our customers with industry competitive pricing and the highest quality of service.
4. Can you provide cleaning services to all of our facility locations?
We service nearly 50,000 accounts in over 90 metropolitan cities worldwide and can provide service to the majority of suburbs within these cities. In the event that we do not provide service in a particular area, we have built relationships over the last 10 years with over 200 reputable contractors who can provide our customers with quality cleaning services.
