1985 – Founder Alex Roudi opened Coverall's first corporate office in San Diego with only 3 employees.
1986 – First Master Support Center opened in Cleveland.
1988 – Coverall expands worldwide s with 18 new locations in the United States, Canada and England.
1997 – Coverall reaches 4,000 Franchise Owners worldwide.
1998 – The company changes its name to Coverall Cleaning Concepts
1999 – Global Support Center relocates to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
2002 – Coverall and Procter & Gamble form strategic alliance.
2005 – Coverall reached 20 years of service and support to 9,000 Franchise Owners and 40,000 customers.
2008 – The Company changes its name to Coverall Health-Based Cleaning SystemSM and introduces a new proprietary cleaning program using scientifically developed products designed to reduce the spread of illness-causing germs in commercial environments.
