Sales

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in developing new prospects and accounts. The position consists of making outside cold calls to local businesses, scheduling appointments with new prospects and creating and delivering proposals from sales leads. We will provide you with state-of-the-art technology, including a laptop and innovative sales tools.

Requirements:

• 1+ years outside business-to-business sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Operations

Work with our Franchise Owners and their teams to provide training, support, on-going education, motivation and business development skills. Some night and weekend work may be involved. Janitorial and operations management experience is required in most operations positions.

Management

Through our Assistant Regional Director (ARD) program, you will train in all aspects of Coverall Cleaning Concepts as second-in-command to a Regional Director. ARD’s must have the ability to direct and motivate the Sales and Operations teams and will be directly responsible for budget and P&L. Candidates must be open to relocation anywhere in the United States.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Business administration, marketing and/or finance majors preferred
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Ability to multi-task / meet reporting deadlines
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Past sales/ franchise or service industry experience a plus but not required
