| Do I have a protected territory?
|
Yes, based on the geographic market specified in your franchise agreement, you
will have exclusive developmental rights in your metropolitan area.

| What type of training will I receive?
|
You will receive ten weeks of comprehensive training in the areas of sales,
marketing, operations, technical procedures, administration, and business
management that is industry specific. Two weeks of this training will take
place at our Global Support Center by team members that have over 150 years of
combined industry experience. Eight weeks of training will be onsite with you
in your designated market.

Do I have to have prior industry experience to succeed?
|
No, prior experience is not necessary as the comprehensive training and ongoing
support is set up to make the system turnkey for you.

How soon can I get started?
|
Upon receipt of the application, and your review and subsequent signing of the
agreement in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular, dates will promptly be
established for training schedule and the opening of your Master Franchise.

Do you provide any type of financing?
|
|
Coverall Cleaning Concepts can provide financing for up to half of the total
franchise fee if needed.
