Einar Moreno is living the dream of business ownership. In his native country of Colombia, Moreno was an architect who left the country for a better opportunity in the United States. In 2007, he was running a small catering business that was being negatively impacted by the financial crisis. He and his wife decided it was time to explore new business options that would allow them to run their own company. They were interested in a franchise business and started researching Coverall online.

“We did our search online and said to ourselves, Coverall looks good,” commented Moreno. He liked the fact that he could use his skills in customer services and that Coverall would provide the training he needed to start his business.

Despite not having any formal training prior to Coverall, Einar and his wife had the determination and  work ethic to start their own business. Fourteen years later, Einar has 10 employees.

He took the Coverall training seriously and learned a lot, he noted. From the support training to dealing with customers to proper techniques and special services, Einar credits Coverall for giving him the resources and confidence that his business can be a long-term venture.
