Shelton was nominated and selected for his ongoing commitment to excellent customer service, year-over-year business growth, and his expertise in delivering and managing additional commercial cleaning services to his customers.

Shelton became an independent business owner nearly four years ago. In addition to having three employees, he runs his business with family members. Being a business owner has been in his DNA since he was a child. A true entrepreneur, he held his first job at the age of eight selling snacks at a shoeshine booth. As a teenager, he started a lawn mowing business. Prior to becoming a franchise business owner, he was in the fast-food industry working in logistics. He also owned a retail store. He was drawn to Coverall because of the company’s brand reputation and principled commitment to supporting franchise business owners.
Running an essential business during the pandemic has been challenging and rewarding noted Shelton.
